- Ensuring that project achieve succesful delivery
- Reviewing and agreeing sub-contractor and material package budgets, and the setting of the overall development budgets and cashflows for agreement with the Commercial Director
- Managing standard construction contract forms, including preparing sub-contracts and collateral warranties, conducting pre-ward meetings, and agreeing variations and final accounts
- Supervising and managing the accurate and timely project delivery cost reporting to the Commercial Director in the form of Monthly Cost Reports and Projected Final Costs
- Few years of previous experience in similar projects
- Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Good IT skills with competency at Buildsoft, Cost-ex or equivalent, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience processing interim payments for Sub-Contractors, Design Team and Third-Party Development Costs
- Strong knowledge of building details and construction technology
- Strong analytical skills and ability to present findings and cost reports
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- To be able to co-ordinate more than one project at the same time as per future company requirements, reporting to the company CEO, CFO
- Very competitive salary, depending on experience
- Annual Bonus (Christmas): Discretionary based on performance, 20% to 30% of Base Salary
